Female patient relaxed massage

At Bend Whole Health Chiropractic, you have access to a wealth of healing options under one roof. Our many natural solutions can be used in combination with each other to get you the greatest benefit. Often, we recommend that our patients get massage therapy. You do not, however, need to be a chiropractic patient to have a massage at our office.

The Types of Massage Therapy Available

Our Licensed Massage Therapist, Brandi, is well-versed in several different massage techniques. These include

Swedish Massage
A gentle, full-body massage that uses long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using firm pressure and slow strokes. Ideal for chronic tension and injury recovery.

Sports Massage

Designed for athletes, this massage focuses on areas of the body that are overused or stressed from repetitive motion. Helps with flexibility, performance, and injury prevention.

Relaxation Massage

A calming, soothing massage that focuses on relieving stress and promoting a sense of overall well-being. Often uses light to moderate pressure.
Therapeutic Massage
A customized massage tailored to address specific pain points or mobility issues, often combining multiple techniques to support healing.

Prenatal Massage

A gentle massage designed for expecting mothers to relieve pregnancy-related discomfort such as lower back pain, swelling, and fatigue.

Injury Massage

Targets areas affected by injury to help reduce inflammation, improve range of motion, and support the body’s natural healing process.
If you have any aches, pains, stiffness, tension or feel stressed, we recommend that you check us out and see what a massage can do for your health and well-being.

NEW PATIENTS

Combining Massage and Chiropractic

Though you don’t need to be a chiropractic patient to get a massage, we often recommend combining these complementary modalities. If you get a chiropractic adjustment first, it clears dysfunction from your spine and calms your nervous system. Having a massage session following your adjustment allows your massage to be much more effective.
